eTIMS (electronic Tax Invoice Management System) is Kenya Revenue Authority's system for issuing and validating tax invoices electronically. All Kenyan businesses are required to issue invoices through eTIMS for tax compliance.
Who needs eTIMS compliance?expand_more
All VAT-registered businesses in Kenya, and increasingly all businesses with a KRA PIN, are required to issue electronic tax invoices through eTIMS. This includes businesses using international accounting software like Xero and QuickBooks.
Does AutoeTIMS work with Xero?expand_more
Yes. AutoeTIMS connects to your Xero account via OAuth. When you approve an invoice in Xero, AutoeTIMS automatically signs it with KRA eTIMS and attaches a PDF with a QR code back to your Xero invoice.

Yes. AutoeTIMS connects to QuickBooks Online and automatically processes invoices for eTIMS signing, just like with Xero.
